The vision

The Future is TooT.

TooT Academy is growing into something bigger than tutoring. Here is where we're heading — every programme, and the biggest school sports project in the country.

Programme 01

TooT Primary

Extending TooT Academy's support down to primary-age students — giving younger children the same foundation-first approach used across the rest of TooT Academy, so students build strong core understanding and confidence in key subjects from an earlier age, well before they reach 11+ or GCSE level.

Programme 02

TooT A Level

Extending tutoring support up to A Level students — applying the same tutoring standard TooT Academy is known for to more advanced subject matter, helping students bridge the step up from GCSE and build the deeper, more independent understanding A Level study demands.

Programme 03

TooT Uni

Support aimed at university-level students — helping those continuing into higher education with the transition into more advanced, self-directed study, and giving subject support to students who want to keep building on what they achieved through TooT Academy.

Programme 04

TooT Home Learning

A home-based learning offering for families who want to bring TooT Academy's approach into everyday learning at home — giving parents and students structured support and resources to work through outside of regular tutoring sessions.

Flagship Project

The TooT Academy City Cup

Five Sports. One Championship.

The TooT Academy City Cup is the vision for a large-scale, multi-sport schools championship spanning the UK — not a small community sports day, but a serious competition schools want to enter, students want to compete in, and families want to watch.

Football
Proper 11-a-side football.
Basketball
5v5 with benches.
Athletics
Full track and field.
Rugby
Competitive school-age rugby.
Swimming
Competitive, gala-style.

Each sport runs with age categories appropriate to the game.

From local to national

Participating cities are divided into four geographical divisions — North, South, East and West. Schools compete within their division. Divisional champions then face one another — West vs East, South vs North — with the winners meeting in the City Grand Final to crown a City Champion. City Champions progress to the TooT Academy National Finals: a national championship of the best school teams in the UK — the ultimate school sports weekend.

The Academy Division

For schools and programmes with dedicated sports academies, professional-level coaching and strong competitive records. Elite competition, scouting exposure, player recognition and higher-level prizes.

The Open Division

For every other secondary school — focused on participation, competition, school pride and community, while still being genuinely competitive.

And to close the debate: a possible “Champion of Champions” showcase match between the Academy and Open champions — potentially in support of charity.

The bigger picture

More than sport

The City Cup is about more than trophies. It's about building relationships with schools across the UK, creating real opportunities for students — scholarships, recognition and exposure — and supporting charities through the events themselves.

It introduces schools to TooT Classroom, and it builds TooT Academy into a national brand spanning education, sport and community.

The Future Is TooT

Some of this is already in development. Some of it is a longer-term ambition. All of it is part of building an education brand that supports people beyond a single lesson.
